Our bolt-on compression collars (commonly referred to as couplings) from Lorenz provide a reliable and economical method of connecting pneumatic conveying tubing and hose. Standard Features:
\n-Easy to install
\n-Stainless steel or galvanized shells available
\n-Standard black neoprene gasket – 1\/8” OD thick
\n-White, viton and silicone seals also available
\n-Thick reinforcement bars provide extra strength
\n-Stainless steel anti-static strips included
\n-Threaded bolts will not strip or break
\n-Replacement seals available
\n-Joint protectors available upon request
\n-Lengths: 2 bolts = 4” – 3 bolts = 6” – 4 bolts = 8” – 5 bolts = 10” – 6 bolts = 12” (calculate 2” per bolt)<\/p>\n

Type of seals:
\n-Neoprene: Our black neoprene gasket for Lorenz Bolt Collars is perfect for most bulk applications. Resists rotting and cracking that can be caused by exposure to ozone. Temperature difference: (-40\u00b0 to +200 F\u00b0) (-40\u00b0 to +100\u00b0C).
\n– White Nitrile: Made from high quality FDA approved ingredients
\n-Silicone: For use in high temperature applications. Silicone is odorless, tasteless, non-toxic and non-corrosive. Available for all Lorenz products (-60\u00b0 to +450\u00b0 F) (-50\u00b0 to +230\u00b0 C)
